THE DESIGN
Vetro founder David Gappa collaborated with RSVP Design Services principal Rhonda Vandiver-White to design metallic blue original artwork for this contemporary, clean-lined dining space. Gappa is known for his signature handblown glass rondel wall installations and uniquely shaped vessels such as the ones shown here.
THE ART
Deep hues of metallic blues were intricately swirled into handblown, scultped glass rondels by Gappa and team in the Vetro studio. Each rondel was then positioned and installed on a textured cotton canvas backdrop that accentuates the dynamic rondel series.
